Following the Discovery process, project requirements and approach are defined clearly in a scope document.

Planning

Project Manager creates a team for the project and arranges a hand-off meeting. The planning phase begins as the project is broken down into milestones and further into smallest possible tasks. Specific time estimates are given by each team member.

Designing

Wireframes and Mockups are created that support the requirements defined in the scope of the project milestone.

Building

The lead developer starts coding the software and delivers as soon as a stable version is created.

Testing

As soon as a stable version is built, QA Engineers begin testing for performance, security, stability, stress and usability. The Building and Testing phases continue in a tight loop throughout the development phase.
